We took our car here for a simple oil change. They didn't remove all of the old filter gasket which blew out the engine. The franchise owner gave us a real run around, avoided phone calls,no rental, you name it. His insurance finally made good after 2 1/2 weeks but a real pain. Don't do business with any Valu shop. Discount is not worth the agro.
